Arrival Service is an exclusive package offering privileges such as meeting you from the aircraft or air bridge by our representatives carrying name plates, assistance during passport and visa transactions, porter service during baggage claim, access to arrivals lounge (where applicable), and assistance in getting in touch with the driver waiting for you outside the airport to arrange a meeting points or escorting to the transportation vehicle of your choice.
VIP Service
Our VIP Service is the luxury version of the meet and assist package and promises provide you a red carpet treatment. you will now be met from the aircraft and escorted to the VIP Lounge in the luxury of a private vehicle, where you can relax and enjoy the complementary snacks and beverages while your baggage and passport transactions are handled by personal assistants.
Welcome Assistance
Our representative / assistant will meet you or your guest from the aircraft, passenger bridge or at the meeting point within the terminal building (varies at different airports).
If the service you require is provided at the VIP terminal instead of the airport, you will be met from the aircraft and escorted to the VIP Lounge in a private vehicle.
Apron Transfer
If the aircraft is parked at the apron, you will be sent off by our assistance from the aircraft (where applicable) in a private vehicle waiting the apron. If the service you require is provided at the VIP terminal instead of the airport, you will be met from the aircraft and escorted to the VIP Lounge in a private vehicle. This applies to all services provided at the VIP Terminal.
Buggy Service
After the passport transactions, you will be escorted by our assistants (varies according to specific rules at different airports) in a buggy car from the flight gate to the passport control point.
Fast Track Passport
To avoid queuing (where applicable) for passport control and custom clearance, our assistant will accompany you through the fast tracks. This service may vary depending on specific rules of different airports or participating airlines.
Porter Service
Porters will collect your luggage at the baggage claim area and take them to your vehicle. Extra fee may be applicable for porter service at certain airports. Please specify the number of pieces in your luggage during booking in order to benefit from the porter service.
